NextStep is an international hospitality internship placement initiative based in Baku, Azerbaijan. We connect talented tourism and hospitality students from Azerbaijani universities with hotels and resorts abroad — providing valuable international work experience while supporting hotels with motivated seasonal and long-term interns.
Who We Are
A specialized hospitality talent company — not a generic agency.
NextStep was founded to solve a clear gap: Azerbaijan has a fast-growing pool of motivated, multilingual hospitality students, and international hotels need reliable, pre-screened seasonal and operational talent. Until now, no one was building the bridge between them seriously.
We are the first company in Azerbaijan focused exclusively on hospitality internships and talent supply. We work with hotels as a long-term partner — not a one-off recruiter.
